Retail workers often share stories of customers whose poor planning becomes the store’s emergency. A Texas liquor store worker claims a golf course representative demanded roughly 200 mini vodka bottles for an event already underway, according to a post on Reddit by u/JarrellHornyDude in r/MaliciousCompliance. The worker says the order apparently took more than two hours to ring up and stamp by hand.
The store mostly serves retail customers, but it occasionally processes wholesale orders for local bars and restaurants. The golf course reportedly placed one of those orders for 50 mL vodka bottles on the day of its event. However, the request was apparently far larger than anything the shop could fill, as it is a retail store rather than a warehouse.
