Cameron Green faces a difficult uphill battle to play for Australia in the second Test against South Africa in Gqeberha, with the allrounder yet to resume batting following his abdominal strain.

Green completed running drills on field in the closing days of Australia's 214-run win over South Africa in Durban, before the team travelled to Gqeberha on Wednesday.
