A lorry driver has been left 'sore' after mistakenly using a bathroom cleaning product as a personal hygiene wipe. He is now calling on supermarket chain Tesco to change its packaging to avoid others making the same mistake.
Leon Gleed, 29, realised his blunder after he was left with what he describes as "burning pain". He'd been using the toilet cleaning wipes as loo roll for days.
Leon's girlfriend Sadie Williams, 29, picked up Tesco's Active Flushable Toilet Wipes from a Tesco Express store in Risca, South Wales. After place them near to the toilet in the bathroom Leon mistook them for toilet paper wipes. It was only when he developed soreness and a rash around his rear end that he suddenly realised he'd been using anti bacterial toilet cleaner wipes.
