TESCO is offering kids across Scotland free meals during the October half-term break.
The supermarket chain said that it had brought back its Kids Eat Free scheme to help parents save money over the holidays.
The supermarket is offering children free food during the October half-term break if an accompanying adult purchases a food or drink item at a Tesco cafe, and can show a Tesco clubcard.
Kids will be able to choose between a free Kids Hot Meal Deal, Kids Breakfast or Kids Pick ‘n’ Mix deal when with an adult who buys an item to dine in.
The options on offer include eggs on toast, avocado on toast, pancakes, crumpets, or sausages, chicken goujons, or fish fingers with two sides.
The Kids Pick ‘n’ Mix deal includes a sandwich, a piece of fruit, two snacks and a drink.
Tesco’s website states that one Kids Eat Free meal can be claimed with each item of food or drink bought for an adult.
The supermarket said the qualifying adult items cost as little as 60p.
The offer will run from Monday October 16 to Friday October 20. A child must be present for an adult to claim the offer.
Jason Tarry, the CEO of Tesco UK, said: “Kids Eat Free is just one of the ways we’re helping our customers to spend less at Tesco.
“We know that costs can add up over the school holidays, so offering free meals to children with any item purchased at our cafés for an adult, is one of the ways we are supporting parents during this time.”
The deal can be claimed at Tesco cafes across the UK, which can be found using the supermarket’s online store locator.
Tesco said the choice of kids meals on offer at each cafe would be subject to availability.
