And to prove that point, one Tesco employee on TikTok has shared some of the most common things customers say to her when they put their shopping on the conveyor belt - and all of them make her cringe.
The Mirror reported that Holly Dixon posted a video in which she listed some of the things she hears "at least 10 times each shift" while working on the tills at Tesco, including the cringeworthy "joke" people always make whenever an item doesn't want to scan.
