A Tesco delivery driver has revealed the woest part of the job and opened up what is the most dreaded shopper phrase.

Documentary maker Paul Lang joined the supermarket chain in July 2020 as lockdown meant he couldn't make films.

However, the 54-year-old describes his experience as a "privilege" and says it's made him appreciate the people who do jobs we all take for granted.
