Tesco delivery driver reveals shopper phrase they hate and the hardest parts of the job

From documentary maker to Tesco delivery driver during the pandemic, Paul Lang has revealed some of the hardest parts of job that many take for granted.

The 54-year-old, took up the job in July 2020 as lockdown meant he couldn't make films.

And he has revealed some of the things he learnt on the job, saying it gives a "unique window into peoples' lives".
