Tesco bans parenting essential from shelves in UK supermarket first

Tesco has announced that it has banned a controversial parenting product from its shelves, becoming the first supermarket in the UK to do so.

The retailer will no longer sell plastic-based baby wipes in its stores as part of its commitment to the "four Rs": remove, reduce, reuse and recycle.

The baby wipe ban is included in the removal of over 1.6 billion pieces of plastic from their UK business.
