Tesco, Asda, Lidl and other UK supermarkets have issued urgent recalls due to safety fears.
The Food Standards Agency has issued warnings for burgers, fish and more. In some cases, the products are a health risk due to the presence of Listeria monocytogenes
When a product is recalled, the Food Standards Agency shares details on what you should do if you have bought the item, as well as detailed information on why the product is being pulled from shelves. Anyone with any of the below items should visit their nearest supermarket for a full refund or exchange.
Asda, Tesco, Morrisons, Sainsbury's
Linda McCartney is recalling Linda McCartney 2 Vegetarian 1/4lb Burgers because the product contains milk which is not mentioned on the label. This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents.

Asda
Asda is taking the precautionary action of recalling Asda White Lasagne Sauce because of a possible microbiological contamination risk due to a production fault. The issue only affects products sold at Asda stores in the North West of England, North Midlands and North Wales.

Tesco
Cérélia is recalling two types of Abra-ca-Debora Dutch Pancakes because they might contain Listeria monocytogenes.
Symptoms caused by this organism can be similar to flu and include high temperature, muscle ache or pain, chills, feeling or being sick and diarrhoea. However, in rare cases, the infection can be more severe, causing serious complications, such as meningitis.
Some people are more vulnerable to listeria infections, including those over 65 years of age, pregnant women and their unborn babies, babies less than one month old and people with weakened immune systems.
