A dramatic moment at a historic Spanish landmark left tourists and onlookers stunned after part of a centuries-old castle suddenly collapsed, sending clouds of dust and debris into the air. The frightening incident happened on Saturday morning at Escalona Castle in Toledo, Spain.
Video captured at the scene shows a section of the fortress tower crumbling and crashing to the ground while shocked visitors watch from nearby. Large chunks of stone and rubble can be seen breaking away from the structure and falling rapidly, scattering debris across the surrounding area. As the tower collapsed, thick clouds of dust spread through the scene, briefly engulfing nearby vehicles and forcing people to move away.
