A woman who is battling cancer has revealed the shocking abuse she received from cruel strangers - who think she looks ‘too good’ to be ill.
Terminally ill Jemma McGowan was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer in February 2021 - and has only being given until May 2022 to live.
However, after documenting her journey on Instagram, the 27-year-old, mum-of-three, receives abuse by cruel strangers who claim she’s “faking it.”
