A married mum-of-three with cancer from Co Tyrone has told of her shocking abuse from cruel strangers - who think she looks 'too good' to be ill.
Terminally ill Jemma McGowan was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer in February 2021 - and has only being given until May 2022 to live.
But after documenting her journey on Instagram, the 27-year-old receives abuse by cruel strangers who claim she's “faking it.”
