Tennis ace Emma Raducanu and French motorbiker Fabio Quartararo spark dating rumours

Tennis star Emma Raducanu has sparked speculation that she may have found her luv match with French motorbike star Fabio Quartararo.

The 19-year-old tennis star set tongues wagging when fans noticed she and 23-year-old Fabio had been swapping flirty messages online.

The duo have been racking up likes on each others’ Instagram pages – with Fabio leaving a lobster emoji on one of Emma’s posts and fans questioning if he was “fishing” for her affections.

While there is also speculation that the pair could have grown close to a shared love for driving high speed vehicles as Emma used to race go-karts and motorbikes when she was a child.

A source told The Sun on Sunday: “They’re both young, attractive and have an interest in motorsports.”

While Emma has also previously described herself as: “a big adrenaline junkie.”

Both Emma and Fabio are believed to be single with the possibility of a relationship exciting some fans, with one writing on Instagram: “are you guys a thing now?”

Last year, Emma was linked to YouTube star and former Strictly Come Dancing contestant HRVY.

The 23-year-old singer previously said of Emma last September: “She’s amazing. We chat all the time.”

However, the rumoured romance appeared to cool a few weeks later with the tennis star unfollowing HRVY on Instagram following reports he’d embarked on a romance with 19-year-old Emmerdale actress Mimi Slinger.

With Wimbledon soon approaching, fans are concerned that Emma might not be able to participate after she sustained an injury while competing in the Italian Open.

Last week she flew back to the UK to assess a back injury she sustained while in Italy.

She was forced to retire from her match against Bianca Andreescu midway through the second set due to the injury.

It is not the first injury setback Emma has faced over the past few months, having also endured a hip problem whilst competing in Mexico at the end of February.

Following her retirement in Italy, the teenage star admitted she may need to take more caution when assessing her fitness.

She said: “I think the last few weeks have been really positive. I’ve learned a lot about myself and my game has definitely improved on this surface. But for sure I need to make sure my back is fully right, however long that takes. I need to just keep on it.

“I don’t want to play my next match with a feeling of limitation because I think that I learned my lesson from this week, when to push, and when not to push. Probably today wasn’t right.”
