2023 four-star edge defender Caleb Herring is set to visit Georgia football in Athens this weekend on an unofficial visit.
The Riverdale High School (Murfreesboro, Tenn.) prospect is Tennessee’s No. 1 overall recruit in the class.

UGA offered Herring (6-foot-5, 206 pounds) on March 12, which followed offers from Tennessee and Miami for a total of 32 offers.
The Volunteers are in in the lead for Herring, who is the brother of 2022 Tennessee signee Elijah Herring, according to 247Sports.
Herring is ranked as the No. 6 edge defender and the No. 73 recruit overall in the 2023 class.
In his junior season, Herring racked up 66 tackles, 24 tackles for loss, seven sacks, two pass breakups and two interceptions.
