Ten people have been arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of a man in Brentford on Wednesday.
Officers were called to reports of intruders after 5am on Wednesday at an address in Brentwick Gardens.
A man was found at the scene with knife injuries. Despite the efforts of emergency services, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Enquiries are underway to notify his next of kin.
Seven men and three women have been arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with the incident, the Met said.
They were taken into custody where they remain.
The property where the man was killed had been regularly attended by police, according to neighbours.
One said: “It’s a house which has attracted a lot of problems.
“Police are always there. I heard shouting around the time the man was stabbed but it’s normal coming from that property.”
A neighbour told the Standard: “I heard people running and some shouting. Then all hell broke loose and there were police and ambulances everywhere.”

“I want to reassure the Hounslow residents that we have commenced a thorough investigation with the support of our homicide investigation team to ensure those responsible are brought to justice.”
