One of Ayrshire's most popular food brands is continuing its expansion.
Tempura will open another of its takeaway '2go' venues in Prestwick Main Street. It marks the first venture in the town for the chain, which begun trading in Ayr and has since expanded into Kilmarnock.
The business, which is headquartered in Ayr's Beresford Terrace, sent tastebuds tingling by announcing its latest move this morning.
Bosses have confirmed they will swing open the doors at the former Orchid Oriental Takeaway in early July.
Tempura has been a success story of the Ayrshire hospitality scene since opening its first venue in November 2020.
Brandon Van Rensburg, who was formerly head of openings at Buzzworks Holdings, took the plunge with business partner, Mark Blake, to open the business which now has two venues in Ayr and another in Kilmarnock.
Prestwick will become their fourth site with no sign of the company's success slowing down.
