We would like to hear about your experiences of burnout. Has your work become intolerably stressful in recent times? Do you think that this is the result of workload, reductions in staff, technology meaning that there is no sense of a work/life balance or some other reason? Has the pandemic left you feeling more burnt-out than ever? Are you a frontline worker who has been under increasing pressure over the last few years?

What impact has burnout had on the rest of your life and relationships? Perhaps it is not work that has left you feeling burnout but life itself.

Has burnout led to you taking a break from work or making another radical change in your life? Have you had to seek medical help? How do you cope with stress and overwhelm?
