Tekken 8 patch 3.02.01 went live on Aug. 20, and along with Bob’s early access, it brought two universal mechanical changes and a very long list of character adjustments. Despite the size of the patch notes, this isn’t another sweeping balance update, and there are almost no direct damage changes. Most of the roster received fixes to hitboxes, tracking, collision, reversals, positioning, and interactions that weren’t working as intended.
Bandai Namco concentrated the actual balance adjustments on moves with a high impact on competitive matches. Bryan, Nina, Lili, Kazuya, Clive, and several others had specific moves nerfed, but even those aren’t strictly number changes.
