Teenager sent home from school in tears for 'lingerie outfit' refused to return

A teenage school girl was sent home from school in tears over her outfit that made a male teacher "feel awkward".

Karis Wilson, now 19, from Canada, was sent home in February 2021 after she was informed that her clothes had made a male teacher feel "awkward". Another female teacher commented that the attire reminded her of a "lingerie outfit."

After the situation caused her stress, Karis refused to return to NorKam Secondary School in Kamloops, British Columbia and completed her studies at home.
