Magistrate adjourns case for allegedly murdered Fraser Coast Uber driver, autopsy results delayed

Police prosecutors have revealed they're still waiting for the results of an autopsy on the body of an Uber driver more than two months after he was allegedly murdered by two teenagers on Queensland's Fraser Coast.

The case of Tye Wayne Porter, 18, charged with the alleged murder of Scott Cabrie, 47, was mentioned in the Hervey Bay Magistrates court on Thursday morning.
