Teenager attacked in Swarcliffe as Leeds police cordon off Co-op

A teenager has been injured after an attack on Swarcliffe Avenue this afternoon.

Emergency services, including an air ambulance, were called to the scene at 2.12pm today after the assault took place just outside the Co-op and Windmill Health Centre.

Police have confirmed that the victim has been taken to hospital for a wound to the hand and treatment for other non-life threatening injuries.
