Teenager airlifted to hospital with serious injuries after Burnley house explosion

Burnley Royal Preston Hospital

A teenager has been seriously injured following an explosion at a house in Lancashire. Emergency services were called to the property in Burnley just after noon following reports of a house collapse, LancsLive reports.

An 18-year-old man has been airlifted to Royal Preston Hospital suffering 'major trauma'. A woman was taken to the Royal Blackburn for assessment.
