Teenager admits Islamist terror attack ‘targeting police officers or military personnel’

A teenager has pleaded guilty to plotting an Islamist terror attack allegedly targeting police officers or military personnel.

Matthew King, 19, was alleged to have carried out surveillance at police stations, railway stations, a magistrates’ court and a British Army barracks.
