'I've been shot': man was on parole during alleged teen shooting attack

The alleged teenage victim of a shooting screamed and said "I've been shot" after hearing a loud bang, newly obtained court documents allege.

The alleged shooter, Reece Anthony Salcedo, 29, of Gordon, faced the ACT Magistrates Court on Saturday, October 10, when bail was denied. It was his birthday.
