Janelle Evans broke down after declaring she had won full custody of son following a decade-long battle.
The Teen Mom star shared an emotional TikTok video telling the world 13-year-old Jace was coming to live with her.
In the social media clip, with Set to Stay With Me by Sam Smith playing in the background, she documented the moment from court as the legal papers were signed.
With her emotional mum Barbara, 69, whom she has been living with, the pair worked together so they can look after the boy full-time.
Jenelle shares Jace with her ex partner Andrew Lewis and he will live with herself, her mum and her husband, David Eason, 34.
They first set the wheels in motional nine years ago and finally things were made official.
"My mum and I decided together to grant full custody back to me because we want to build our relationship back as mother and daughter," Jenelle, 31, told Us Weekly.
"Also, my mother agrees it's time for Jace to be back with his siblings and living with a mother and father. She also thinks it's important for Jace to be around a father figure to learn 'boy things' and have 'men talk'."
Jenelle, also mother to her son Kaiser, eight, and Ensley, six, said: "She's completely fine, she's like 'I'm ready to have my freedom. I'm ready to go on a cruise!
"Her and her friend have a cruise already planned."
The new custody arrangement became official when the mother-daughter duo signed papers.
Holding therm up to the camera, she shared: "It's done, it's done."
She captioned the post: "IT'S OFFICIAL! Thank you everyone for the support.
"Words can't describe how happy I truly am. Our family is complete now! Thank you mum."
Fans took to social media to send the family their love.
"Congratulations. I remember watching you when I was so little. So happy for you and your family," one commented.
Another said: "We were ALWAYS ROOTING FOR YOU!!"
