Teen Mom star Ashley Jones has opened up about the heartache she suffered after her second pregnancy sadly ended in a miscarriage.
The MTV reality star said she is "trying to get back to myself" following the loss and agreed to seek counselling while grieving.
Ashley and her husband Bar Smith, who also share five-year-old daughter Holly, announced they were expecting a second child back in September.
During the latest episode of Teen Mom: Family Reunion, Ashley shared her devastating news.
Appearing on the show, the 25-year-old sat down with her mother and hosts Nessa Diab and Dr. Cheyenne 'Coach B' and was asked how she's doing in her pregnancy.
"I'm okay. I'm sad to say we actually had a miscarriage," Ashley revealed.
Coach B then asked how Ashley is doing since learning the sad news.
She replied: "I don't know. I'm still, kinda like, you know, trying to get back to myself."
The host then asked if she was "getting help" from a professional to help deal with her grief.
"I know I should be, but I am the kind of person that just kinda like steam-rolls over things. I think we all know this. I'm not a sit in your emotions and dissect them kind of person," she admitted.
Ashley then agreed to seek counselling to help deal with her loss, with her mother also promising to support her daughter.
Following the episode, fans took to Twitter to offer their support.
One person wrote: "I am so sorry to hear about your miscarriage," while another said: "I'm so sorry you're dealing with a miscarriage...I seriously feel for you."
"Aww Ashley had a miscarriage. That’s sad," a third fan commented.
Fans became concerned for Ashley back in November after she shared a TikTok video with her husband.
The star wore a black crop top and high-waisted pants in the clip, which she captioned: "He hate this filter."
In the comments, one fan questioned: "I'm confused didn’t they say she was pregnant??"
"I know you guys are wondering but I’m not in a space to disclose that. I'm still processing," Ashley replied with a love heart emoji.
At the time, she did not reveal whether she had lost her baby.
