Teen charged after woman struck by car in city centre

A teenager is facing a string of charges after allegedly striking a woman with a stolen car while driving erratically through a major city centre.

The incident unfolded in Melbourne on Sunday, not far from where thousands were undertaking the Melbourne Marathon.
