Teddi Mellencamp opts to wear a wig on "crying days".

The 43-year-old star was diagnosed with stage 4 melanoma that had spread to her brain and lungs earlier this year and after shaving her head ahead of her surgery to remove some of the tumours, she sometimes steps out showing her scalp but admitted on the days when she is feeling emotional, she prefers to wear a long blonde hair piece.
