The 43-year-old reality star - who separated from Edwin Arroyave in November 2024 after 13 years of marriage - took to social media on Monday (06.01.25) to share that she was having trouble sleeping but insisted that she wasn't "saying it for pity" and just wanted to help others who may be going through the same thing.
