Techie starts growing moringa and vegetables on balcony after high BP due to job, develops a passion for farming, quits Rs 1 lakh per month IT job and builds organic farming business with Rs 30 lakh turnover

A blood-pressure scare prompted Jitender Mann to quit his Rs 1 lakh-a-month IT job and take up organic farming. What began with growing moringa and greens on his Delhi terrace eventually turned into a business with a turnover of Rs 30 lakh.

His blood pressure had reached 160, and the episode became a wake-up call. Mann began rethinking his work, health and lifestyle. What started as a small experiment growing moringa and other greens on his terrace in Delhi eventually took him away from his IT career and towards organic farming. The experiment later grew into a business with a turnover of Rs 30 lakh.
