The UK Space Agency is going to investigate what went wrong with Virgin Orbit’s Launcher One rocket, which failed in its mission to send nine satellites into orbit.

After being launched into the air by a repurposed 747 plane called ‘Cosmic Girl’, the rocket ignited and looked as if it was ascending correctly, but then suffered an "anomaly". The satellites were lost but Cosmic Girl returned safely to base.

SpaceX says it ‘will be ready’ for what will be the largest space launch in world history next month.

A report by a traffic information supplier has found London is the most congested city in the world.
