If winning the VALORANT Challengers Brazil wasn’t enough, Brazilian esports organization Team Solid has landed a new sponsorship agreement with hardware manufacturers Kingston Technology and Redragon Brasil.
According to The Esports Radar, the Redragon partnership includes R$200,000 (approximately $40,000 USD) provided to the team in the guise of products.
The partnerships were cemented after the Brazilian esports team secured the VALORANT Challengers Brazil title, the top national league overseen by Riot Games.
The agreements represent part of Team Solid’s broader strategy to establish itself as a premier player in the Brazilian esports scene across various sectors, including market relevance and branding.
Strategic positioning following competitive success
Victor Hugo Cebratelli, Esports Specialist and COO of Team Solid, emphasized the connection between competitive performance and commercial opportunities. “The triumph in Challengers demonstrates the competitive level that the team has achieved at this moment,” Cebratelli said. “The arrival of the new sponsors follows this result and allows us to take a step forward in structure and preparation for the season.”

The hardware supply deals will operate next to backing from WEG, a Brazilian multinational technology corporation that already supports the organization with considerable financial support. Team Solid also maintains the NoPing connection optimization service as a sponsor, creating a comprehensive tech ecosystem around the roster.
Endemic hardware investment in Brazilian market
Maicon Souza, Partnership Manager at Redragon Brasil, highlighted the alignment between the brand’s accessibility mission and Team Solid’s competitive momentum when he said, “Redragon believes that performance should be accessible to all, and being alongside a team like Team Solid, which is experiencing an important moment within the competitive scene, reinforces this purpose.”
Marcelo Setubal, Channel Marketing Manager for Kingston in Brazil, positioned the partnership as part of broader community development efforts. “It is not just about offering high-performance products to an extremely demanding audience, but also about giving back to the community, actively supporting the development of the scene, especially the competitive one,” Setubal said. “By sponsoring teams, we evolve together with the ecosystem.”
Industry-wide hardware competition intensifies
These agreements reflect a known industry shift that has sped-up since 2025, characterized as a global competition for dominance over key esports environments. Endemic hardware and even brands on the periphery are ramping up their wooing of team partnerships and tournament real estate across multiple equipment categories.
The trend extends across international markets, with brands like Logitech G scaling regional operations through new partnerships. HyperX has similarly expanded into the League of Legends EMEA Championship circuit and secured partnerships with FENNEL in Japan, while CORSAIR recently completed a seven-figure agreement with FaZe Esports.
The competitive hardware landscape suggests Team Solid’s timing aligns with broader market dynamics favoring organizations that can showcase consistent competitive performance alongside content creation capabilities.
Team Solid’s next competitive appearances will be a test of how the enhanced hardware support can translate to performance as the Brazilian VALORANT scene continues developing ahead of international competition windows.
