Great Britain’s 4x100m relay silver medal at the Tokyo Olympics has been stripped following a Court of Arbitration for Sport ruling over CJ Ujah’s doping violation.
The team, also made up of Zharnel Hughes, Richard Kilty and Nethaneel Mitchell-Blake, came home behind Italy at last summer’s Games.
