A number of bus services in Bristol will be rerouted or cancelled on Thursday (March 2) as a result of teacher strikes. The protest march will take place through the Centre and Broadmead areas of the city between 11am and 2pm.
First Bus has today confirmed full details on the diversions and updated schedule. The bus operator says that all services will be withdrawn from the city centre and Broadmead area between 11am and 2pm.
The closures may be subject to change throughout the day, with First Bus supervisors set to be stationed at key areas to advise customers. Passengers have been urged to allow extra time for their journeys.
