Both running back Jerome Ford and tight end Harrison Bryant have missed a majority of training camp with injuries. Ford had a hamstring injury while Bryant missed time with an undisclosed medical issue. With not much talent in the running back room for the Cleveland Browns behind Nick Chubb getting Ford back could be crucial.
The team, of course, acquired Pierre Strong Jr. over the weekend which helps but the team is high on Ford for a reason. It’s one practice but with nearly two weeks before the season opener, fans should be optimistic that Ford is back on the field.
Harrison Bryant’s situation was different as it was undisclosed so people outside of the building had even less of an idea of when he would return. He was back on the field catching passes on Tuesday and moving around well leading to more optimism that two of the team’s young offensive playmakers will be ready for Cincinnati.
