A Cardiff-based development, project and cost management consultancy has opened an office in London as part of its ambitious growth plans.
TC Consult, which celebrated its 15th anniversary last month, has expanded its footprint into the English capital for the first time by securing office and meeting space in Hoxton. It forms part of its growth strategy to become a leading UK development and construction consultancy by 2025.
The firm’s expansion comes on the back of a 50% increase in revenues in 2021, including securing a five-year contract with an undisclosed heritage public sector client to deliver approximately £33m worth of construction. Other wins include delivering quantity surveying and cost management services to Unite the union on its £3m office in Dagenham, and providing development and project management, quantity surveying and construction, design and management (CDM) services for an extension of double Michelin-starred Restaurant Story, near Tower Bridge.
