UK fans of singing superstar Taylor Swift have been excited by reported sightings of the Anti-Hero hitmaker. Taylor, 33, is understood to have flown over from the United States to film a music video.
The Grammy and Emmy Award-winner is believed to have jetted into Liverpool last week during a break in her The Eras Tour after three sell-out shows in Arlington, Texas, finishing on April 2, the Liverpool Echo reports. Her next show will be in Tampa, Florida, on April 13.
Fans have claimed that the star was at the historic Cunard Building at Pier Head with roads in the area closed on Saturday (April 8) with filming equipment and vehicles spotted outside. One theory is that the Blank Space and Bad Blood singer was in Liverpool to make a Batman-themed music video inspired by the film The Batman starring Robert Pattinson, which was filmed in the city.

In Manchester Taylor is close to our hearts with a cardboard cut-out of pop singer Taylor Swift taking pride of place, and cheering up passers-by, in the window of a Castlefield flat. Comedian Red Redmond brought the cutout of the American pop sensation home on the train after a night out at The Leadmill, in Sheffield, back in 2017.
Ever since, the 2D figure has become an institution for thousands of people who pass the landmark on the Metrolink when travelling between Cornbrook and the city centre. Tram Taylor went viral earlier this year after the owner announced their imminent move with numerous outcries that the singer herself remain in the property.
The property was let by Reeds Rains on the condition that the replica Taylor should stay. "Reeds Rains are extremely excited to market one of Manchester's most iconic apartments for the very first time, the infamous, Tram Taylor that has been greeting commuters for the last 5 years!" they said.
"Many Mancunians will be familiar with the popular Taylor Swift cut-out that welcomes thousands of tram commuters each and every day in this popular waterside development at Vie building!" And they added: "Be the first to call Tram Taylor your new housemate (she must stay in place) and join in on the online Manchester sensation that has been providing tram commuters happiness each morning!"
