Taylor Swift choked back tears as she made history as the youngest woman to be inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame.

She paid an emotional tribute to her parents and brother at the New York ceremony, as she thanked them for uprooting their lives and moving from Pennsylvania to Nashville so she could pursue her music career.
