Taylor Swift adds 14 new dates to 2024 European leg of Eras Tour

Taylor Swift fans might need to calm down, because she’s fulfilling the wildest dreams of those desperate to see her latest tour across the pond.

The “Anti-Hero” singer, 33, took to social media Wednesday to announce she’s adding more than a dozen new dates to next year’s European leg of The Eras Tour, which infamously upended Ticketmaster last year as dedicated fans swarmed to nab a seat.

“Really can’t contain my excitement because ... we’re adding 14 new shows to The Eras Tour,” Swift captioned a snap, taken from behind, of herself and Paramore front woman Hayley Williams. “And I get to travel the world doing shows with @paramore!!”

Noting that she and Williams, 34, have been friends “since we were teens in Nashville,” Swift said they now “get to frolic around the UK/Europe next summer.”

Both the rock band, known for hits like “Misery Business” and “Ain’t It Fun,” and Williams shared Swift’s post, with the latter saying such a move has “been a long time coming!!!”

The new dates next May include an extra show each in Paris, Stockholm and Lisbon. The following month, Swift will perform an extra show in Lyon, France, before heading to the U.K. for an additional night each in Edinburgh, Liverpool, and London. She’ll complete the British Isles with an extra night in Dublin, before celebrating the Fourth of July in Amsterdam — a night earlier than the Dutch portion of the tour was supposed to kick off.

Swift’s July 2024 will also feature an additional night in Milan, as well as two in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, about 35 miles northeast of Düsseldorf. In August, perform an extra night in Warsaw and Vienna, both of which will start a day ahead of previously scheduled shows. She then returns to London to complete the tour with three more nights.

Late last month, Swift finally announced a whole host of 2024 shows across not just Europe but Asia and Australia.
