If you receive an “on-sale access code" today from Ticketmaster there are steps you need to follow.
After cancelling her previous UK tour due to the pandemic, Taylor Swift tickets for 2024 are wanted more than ever by fans right now. If you registered in advance on Taylor’s Ticketmaster site before June 22, you’ll be contacted by Ticketmaster today letting you know whether you’ve received an “on-sale code” or have been placed on the waiting list.
If you are selected to receive an access code, you will receive an email the afternoon before the ticket sales begin. This email will include timing details and a link to where the on-sale will occur, and your unique, non-transferrable access code.

All codes are non-transferable and should not be shared. Codes are also only valid to purchase up to the advised ticket limit which is subject to availability.
What happens if I’m on the waiting list?
If you move off the waiting list, you will receive an email containing your access code details and where to access the relevant on-sale. Keep in mind, your notification may come at any time after ticket sales begin.
When you are notified, your email will include:
- A link to the on-sale
- Your unique access code
Ticketmaster have advised to keep an eye on your email in case there are SMS delivery issues, such as an incorrectly entered mobile number or network issues as they will email your access code details.
Purchasers are held to a ticket limit of four tickets per transaction. Getting off the waitlist does not guarantee access to tickets. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis while currently available inventory lasts.
