If you've ever told anyone that you're getting a tattoo, you'll likely have received a long speech about how they're totally permanent and will be on your body forever.
While this is true, and some people like to put a lot of thought into which design they'll get inked on their skin, for some others it's not a big deal and tattoos are nothing more than a fun, spur-of-the-moment thing.
But there are some tattoo artists who'll flat-out refuse to carry out certain designs which may be deemed as offensive or just full of regret - and this even extends to some names, according to artist and studio owner Sofia Tam.
