TalkTalk rated the worst major broadband provider by customers in new Which? survey

TalkTalk has been rated the worst major broadband provider by customers, according to a new Which? survey.

The Salford-headquartered company received a score of 51%, with users giving it the lowest possible ratings for technical support, customer service and speed.

It comes as the firm is set to increase its broadband prices by 14.2% from April 1.
