Talbot Street has "gone to the dogs" after two videos of horrific violence on the street circulated in as many weeks, a councillor has said.
The most recent video shows a man and a woman in a struggle. At the start, the woman pushes the man before they both fall to the ground.
The woman manages to get onto her knees and appears to hit the man in the head a couple of times. The two then rise to their feet before both the man and the woman fall again.

Then the man appears to be knocked out unconscious after hitting his head off the street. Last week, a video emerged of a man knocking two others out with punches. The city centre street is well known for anti social behaviour.
Independent Councillor Nial Ring called for more garda presence in the area. He said: "It is what we have been crying out for in the north inner city for a long time and everybody knows the guards are under huge pressure resource wise.
"We hope out of the new recruits coming out of Templemore that a significant proportion would be assigned to the north inner city because we are down a lot of guards.
"They are under huge pressure and they are doing the best they can. We really need more resources.
"Yesterday, I had been on Moore Street, Henry Street and Talbot Street. Moore Street is an absolute disgrace at this stage.
"The corner there of Talbot Street and Gardiner Street is - I don't know what you'd call it - just horrible. There are people hanging around, drug dealing going on and everything.
"It is like Skid Row and everyone knows it. It has gone to the dogs."
