Former Manchester United winger Tahith Chong has opened up on what he called a 'logical decision' to leave Old Trafford permanently this summer.
The 22-year-old spent last season on loan at Birmingham City and, despite returning to Manchester and featuring in the pre-season for Erik ten Hag, Chong decided the time was right to end his six-year stint at the club. His move back to the Blues was confirmed on deadline day and the Dutchman has now explained why he decided to leave the Theatre of Dreams.
In an interview with Birmingham Live, he explained: "It’s a fun job we have. Everyone here probably started playing football when they were like six, now your hobby has turned into your job, it’s a nice job to have.
