ADELAIDE: Three single-digit scores in the World Cup meant KL Rahul's form was under immense scrutiny coming into the game against Bangladesh. Having received the backing of coach Rahul Dravid on match eve, Rahul came good with a 32-ball 50 and then came up with the incredible direct hit from deep mid-wicket to get rid of Litton Das, which won India the game.
"The World Cup is a huge opportunity for all of us. We have worked really, really hard as individuals and as a team. I always try to be relaxed and as balanced as I can be as a person," Rahul said.
