A teenage boy is fighting for his life in hospital after being stabbed repeatedly in knife attack by a south London park.
The 18-year-old boy was found by police suffering multiple stab wounds in Westwood Hill, Sydenham at 7pm on Monday.
He was taken to hospital where he remains in a “critical but stable” condition two days later.
Bloodied clothing and debris remains at the scene of the attack close to a bus stop.
A Scotland Yard spokesman said: “Police were called to Westwood Hill to reports of a stabbing.
“Officers attended along with paramedics from London Ambulance Service (LAS). An 18-year-old man was found with stab wounds.
“He was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to hospital where his condition is currently critical but stable. “
Police said there have been no arrests.
