Start with Mage and go Sorcerer since the AoE damage clears early stages faster than anything the Warrior path has at the same level. Lock in Blazing Fire Ring and Wind's Delight as your first two skills, aim for Zeioletus as your opening pet, and push campaign stages rather than farming early zones. Relics unlock at Level 30 through Aeonic Gacha, slot Everburn Throne the moment you get it. Companions open around Level 38, try to get Hermes for Wind Builds and Aqua for Water Mains.
