Switzerland vs Colombia: World Cup 2026 prediction, kick-off time, TV, live stream, team news, h2h results, odds today

Switzerland and Colombia do battle today in the final last-16 tie of the World Cup 2026.

Switzerland have not progressed past this stage of a World Cup since 1954, when they hosted the tournament, but appear well-placed to finally clear a 72-year hurdle.

The Swiss topped Group B after bouncing back from a disappointing draw with Qatar in their opener, beating Bosnia and Herzegovina, co-hosts Canada and then Algeria in the round of 32.

Colombia, meanwhile, have been one of the more exciting teams to watch in North America, emerging as a potential dark horse to go all the way having conceded just once en route to reaching the last 16.

The winners of this tie progress to the quarter-finals where they will face the victors of Argentina vs Egypt.

Date, kick-off time and venue

Switzerland vs Colombia is scheduled for a 9pm BST kick-off today on Tuesday, July 7, 2026.

The match will take place at BC Place in Vancouver, Canada.
