Swiggy said on Tuesday Amitesh Kumar Jha has resigned as the CEO of its quick commerce business Instamart and Myntra's former CEO Nandita Sinha will fill in the vacated corner office.

Amitesh Kumar Jha has tendered his resignation on July 28 to pursue other opportunities and ceases to be a Senior Management Personnel, the company said in an exchange filing.
