This is the shocking moment a woman launches a bottle at a passenger during an outburst on a flight after she refused to put her dog in a carrier.
Anna Dugan, 32, was on a Delta flight from Atlanta to New York on October 12 when she was filmed by fellow passengers shouting and swearing at cabin crew.
The Las Vegas bartender was told by flight attendants her dog was not allowed to fly on her lap and needed to be placed in a carrier - but she refused.
The footage, which was posted to Reddit, shows the flight attendants asking Anna politely to remove her dog from her lap but stunned fellow passengers when she became abusive.
She responded to one of the crew members: “We are about to fight then! My dog was sitting on my lap. I put him in the bag! He’s in the bag!”
The flight attendant is seen calmly standing his ground and repeats the rules as she continues her ballistic outburst towards the staff member.
She continued: “I didn’t f— do anything to you guys. Because you couldn’t let me dog sit on my f— lap!”
Anna is seen shouting at passengers who are filming her and then launches into another abusive tirade towards the crew.
She yells: “F— you! F— all of you!” as the rest of the plane order her off the plane and demand that she goes.
Anna begins to pack her bags after finally coming to the conclusion she needs to leave as one passenger shouts "Get off the plane".
She then throws a water bottle at a fellow passenger filming her and swears: “Turn your f— phone off!”
The crew member is heard saying: “Nobody acting this way flies on a flight with us" as Anna angrily responds: “OK. F— you!”
Social media users were left amazed at the footage and praised the flight attendants for their calmness in the middle of her abuse.
One user wrote: "That dude was such a boss. Calm, cool, and collected the whole time and got her off the plane."
Another added: 'Now we wait for that person's footage, and also the footage of her getting arrested."
Delta Airlines released a statement confirming they have a zero tolerance approach for any kind of abusive behaviour on their aircrafts and towards their staff.
The airline said: “Delta has zero tolerance for this kind of behavior on our aircraft and in our airports.
"Nothing is more important than the safety and security of our people and customers.”
There have been no charges filed in connection to the incident.
